It can be used for searching, editing, reformatting, etc. In fact, it's a simple framework that provides easy to use python classes and functions, and therefore can be extended to any usage (generating HTML pages according to bibliographic searches, etc)."

Please note also that on the page the author states "I really look for people interested in contributing on this. I will have much less time to devote to this project, so if you think it's worth, please consider helping me."
